      I think it is good when you can use what you learn in a science investigation in real life and learn something new!

      I remember learning about bee and wasp stings and why they hurt.
      Wasp stings are really alkaline, and bee stings are really acidic! I thought it was the other way round.
      Hair shampoo is really alkaline and vinegar is really acidic. So if you want to make a sting better, you need to neutralise the bit that hurts. So you put vinegar on a wasp sting, and shampoo on a bee sting it can make it feel a little bit better! I remember learning about science which is useful to know!
