      Hi there @389nveg34!

So we use a few different things to do experiments, and we set them up when we go to the beach.

First of all we set up a radio. Not to listen to music on! It makes our GPS work. Have you heard of a GPS? Or a SatNav?

GPS stands for Global Positioning System, and SatNav stands for Satellite Navigation System (you don’t need to know how they work- just how to turn them on!). They are things that people use in a car to show you how to get somewhere, instead of using a map. These bits of equipment talk to satellites in space to work out where you are, and if you need to go somewhere- the GPS tells you how to get there!
We have one in a backpack, and it helps us know where we are, and how high up we are. If the ground beneath our feet has changed, we can spot how much it has changed! For example if a storm has taken lots of sand from a beach, we know how much is gone because we go there twice a year.

I have put some pictures of the things we use for our experiments on my page. If there is anything that looks really weird and you want to know more then let me know!
Another thing we use alot for experiments is a computer. They can work out lots of things!

      Lauren 😀
