      Sure!

      The coolest thing is a ‘Laser Scanner’. I have put a picture of one on my profile page. In one of the pictures you will see a grey box on top of yellow sticks. The grey box sends out a green laser light, which shines on everything around. We can then make a 3D beach on our computer, and see how the beach has changed over time. We can also use it to measure things and look for damage.

      We also have a type of sat nav. Have you heard of a satnav (it means SATelite NAVigation)? You use them in the car to tell you how to get somewhere. Its a type of map really! We have one that we carry around and it tells us exactly where we are, and how high up we are! We collect information with it to see how much the beaches change after a storm. The sat nav is in the yellow back pack on the people in the pictures on my profile page!

      I’m sorry if they sound really complicated. They aren’t really! You just press a few buttons and they work by themselves!
