Gosh, I think I had a passion for science from a very easy age! Probably around the same age as everyone in your class 🙂 I was (and still am!) really interested in animals and nature, and as I got older, this developed into an interest in how animal’s bodies work and how disease affect them. That’s when I really wanted to become a vet and worked hard at school to get the grades to go to vet school 🙂

      Hey!
Right from the beginning when I was your age! When you are at school you learn so many different things, some you find hard and some you are really interested in and want to know more!
I just asked lots of questions if I found it hard and science was really helpful for other subjects too like geography!

I just picked my favourite subjects as I grew up and then ended up doing it as a job! Suddenly I realised I was a scientist!!!

I think I really started having a passion for science when I was 13 years old. I watched a TV show called ‘Bones’ funnily enough and really like the main character. The main character is a scientist who uses bones to tell information about people in police cases. I do something very similar, only in archaeology and history. 🙂

I am 25 years old now, and I haven’t lost interest yet 12 years later!

      Michael 🙂
