The most interesting place I’ve ever been is probably Iceland – this is a small island country even norther than Scotland. Iceland is located on the boundaries between two major tectonic plates – Eurasia and North America. This makes Iceland incredibly volcanic – many volcanoes can be found in Iceland, creating an environment that is truly fascinating!

When I traveled there with my family, we also got the chance to eat some weird meats – horse meat, moose meat, whale fat, and also puffin (a bird that looks a bit like a penguin/duck hybrid!)

What about you? Do you like traveling and where have you been?

      Michael 🙂

      Hey!

I want to also say Iceland. I loved it so much I went there twice! Once to do some science, and learn about the ice there which forms glaciers. The other time I went with my Mum and we explored lots.
I love how big and beautiful everything is in Iceland!

I have also been to Ecuador in South America, and we saw volcanoes, mountains, jungle and went whale watching and snorkelling. I loved seeing things out of my school books in real life!

      Lauren 😀
