Question: what's the worst disease you've seen?

This is a great question CJ! The worst disease I’ve seen would have to be rabies. This is a very dangerous virus that can affect many different species, including humans, and unfortunately there is no cure for it. I saw a dog when I was in India that probably had rabies, and it was in a lot of pain, but nobody would go near it as if it bit someone, they could become infected too! It’s so very important to vaccinate dogs and cats in countries where they have rabies, and to teach people how to avoid getting infected too.
