Hey!

Good question!

I have been answering lots of really interesting questions, and I can tell that people want to know more about my job in coastal science. Especially why I do my job. There are also questions about how a storm is made, and how storms can damage our coastline. I think it is important to inspire young people as well as adults because it is important and a cool job to have!

I would like to be able to explain it more, and make a cool video. I want to give that video to as many schools as I can, or share it on the internet so people know how important it is to know about storms. When a storm hits the coastline, it can cause a lot of problems, and can kill people! I would like to show the dangers and how to be safe.

This area of science will be very important in the future, as the sea level is going to rise, and will make the sea flood the land more often. Storms are going to happen more often too, because of climate change, and I want to work out how to keep people safe. I didn’t know how dangerous it was during a storm and how big the waves get!
