      Hello!
So I would say that I had my biggest discovery when I did this one project three years ago. For this project, I studied over 2000 leg bones from around the world – from Europe, Asia, North and South America, Australia and Africa. What I discovered was that the shape of people’s legs were different depending on where you live!

For example, if you are an Eskimo living in the Arctic Circle, it’s obviously very cold. This is why it’s better for you to have fatter, shorter legs, so that you can keep all the heat inside and closer to your body.

If you lived in the African savanna, it’s more likely that you have long, thin legs. This is so that you don’t keep heat as well, and instead give off the extra heat your body creates and that you don’t need.

Isn’t that interesting? Without studying over 2000 leg bones, nobody would have ever known about that!

      Michael 🙂
